Stephanie Beal

As Chief Supply Chain Officer at Hasbro, Inc., Stephanie Beal oversees Hasbro’s global supply planning, global sourcing and procurement, logistics and fulfillment, quality assurance and security, and works to position Hasbro’s supply chain as a competitive advantage, creating value and building flexibility and resilience to exceed customer expectations.

Stephanie has a background in CPG industry with more than 30 years of experience in supply chain across manufacturing, planning, logistics, and supporting technologies. She joined Hasbro in 2022, as the SVP, Global Planning, focused on creating a more responsive process and digital planning environment to improve service performance. Similarly, in her previous role as VP Planning, Strategy & Transformation at Rockwell Automation, she oversaw supply chain process and technology implementations to improve service performance. Prior to Rockwell, Stephanie held senior roles at Kimberly Clark and AB InBev, driving global programs across the supply chain, in areas such as S&OP, digital supply chain, global inventory policy, organizational and network design, among other responsibilities. She had an extensive supply chain career at Unilever, with her last role starting up the Unilever Americas Supply Chain Company in Switzerland.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor degree of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
