    As President and Chief Operating Officer of Nintendo of America Inc. (NOA), Doug led operations across the Americas, working with the NOA Executive Management Team to develop strategies and priorities for the business and organization. Doug also served as an Executive Officer of Nintendo Co., Ltd. (NCL), Kyoto Japan. He partnered closely with NCL and Nintendo of Europe (NOE) executives to align on worldwide initiatives. Doug retired from NOA in January 2026.

    Doug first joined NOA in May 2015 as Vice President, Sales, to oversee all sales-related functions including Retail Strategy, Retail Marketing and In-Store Merchandising. In August 2016, Doug was promoted to Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, providing oversight of sales and marketing activities in the United States, Canada and Latin America. In April 2019, Doug was promoted to President of NOA.

    In July 2021, Doug was appointed to the NOA Board of Directors. Doug also represented Nintendo within the U.S. games industry as a Chairman of the Entertainment Software Association Executive Board.

    Prior to joining Nintendo in 2015, Doug spent eight years at Electronic Arts, most recently as Vice President of Global Business Planning, a role that made him responsible for EA’s console, PC and mobile game strategic planning and forecasting. Prior to EA, he worked at Procter & Gamble for 23 years in various sales leadership roles in Asia, Latin America and the United States.

    Doug attended the University of Utah, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications and in 2022 was named Distinguished Alumni and Commencement Speaker. It was in college where he developed his passion for video games, playing endless hours of the Donkey Kong arcade game.

    Hope Cochran is a Managing Director at Madrona Venture Group, a technology-focused venture capital group. Prior to joining Madrona, Ms. Cochran was the Chief Financial Officer of King Digital Entertainment plc, creators of Candy Crush and other social mobile games, from October 2013 through the sale to Activision in 2016. Prior to that she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Clearwire Corporation and was with the company from 2005 to 2013, when it was sold to Sprint. Hope’s industry experience spans telecom, software and mobile gaming, all with the consistent theme of intense growth and change. In the role of Chief Financial Officer, Hope has led companies through early-stage investments to large public entities.

    Ms. Cochran was recognized in 2013 as one of FORTUNE's 10 Most Powerful Women in Gaming. In 2018, Women’s Inc. announced Ms. Cochran as its Most Influential Corporate Directors and in 2021, she was recognized as Director of the Year by Pugent Sound Business Journal. She holds a C.P.A. through the state of California, a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Music/Opera from Stanford University.

    Hope joined the Hasbro Board of Directors in 2016 and is the Chair of the Finance and Capital Allocation Committee and serves on the Audit Committee. In addition, she also serves on the Board of MongoDB and is the Chair of the Audit Committee.

    Chris Cocks is Chief Executive Officer and Board member of Hasbro, Inc., a leading games, IP and toy company with a legacy of creating magic through play for more than 100 years. Since February 2022, Chris has lent his vision and expertise to steer the company’s global transformation, foster innovation, and supercharge growth potential across Hasbro’s brand portfolio. His Playing to Win strategy aims to expand Hasbro’s reach from over 500 million kids, families, and fans today to over 750 million by 2027.

    A lifelong fan himself, Chris has driven the company’s evolution to become a major player in digital gaming, guiding strategic licensing agreements and establishing a network of video game studios to position Hasbro as a leading AAA video game developer and publisher. Under Chris’ leadership, Hasbro has become the #1 IP licensor in digital gaming, and the largest corporate parent of IP mobile games by U.S. revenue, with the success of the mobile game juggernaut MONOPOLY GO! from partners at Scopely, and the award-winning Baldur’s Gate III video game from Larian Studios.

    Previously, Chris was President of Hasbro’s Wizards of the Coast and Digital Gaming segment, during which time growth in the division more than doubled. His bold approach to customer segmentation unlocked numerous multi-million-dollar ideas and led Wizards’ iconic brand MAGIC: THE GATHERING to multiple years of consecutive growth since 2018. With Chris at the helm, DUNGEONS & DRAGONS became a pop culture powerhouse with more than 85M global fans and a strong foundation for ongoing success across both physical and digital fan experiences.

    Prior to joining Hasbro, Chris held senior management positions at Microsoft Corporation, where he guided the marketing strategies of hit Xbox Games franchises including Halo and served as Vice President of OEM Technical Sales. He also worked at LeapFrog as Vice President of Educational Games and began his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble.

    A graduate of Harvard University, Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors for Brown University Health and Molson Coors.

      Lisa Gersh is an experienced operating executive and public company board member, having been the CEO of multiple companies and currently serving on two public company boards. Most recently, Lisa was the CEO of the fashion brand, Alexander Wang. Prior to that, Lisa was the CEO of Goop, Inc. (a lifestyle brand founded by Gwyneth Paltrow), serving in that role from 2014 until 2016. Prior to Goop, Lisa served as President and CEO of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. until 2013.

      In 2000, Lisa co-founded Oxygen Media with Geraldine Laybourne and served as its President and COO. In 2007, Oxygen was acquired by NBC Universal and Lisa was made the President of Strategic Initiatives at NBC. While she was at NBC, Lisa played an instrumental role in NBC Universal’s multibillion-dollar acquisition of The Weather Channel Companies and served as interim CEO in 2009. In addition, she pioneered the creation of Education Nation, a multi-media platform focused on engaging the public in a conversation about improving education in the U.S.

      Previously, Lisa had 13 years of experience creating strong corporate partnerships and other strategic relationships at the New York law firm, Friedman Kaplan & Seiler LLP, which she co-founded and where she served as partner from 1986 to 1998. Lisa began her career as an attorney with Debevoise & Plimpton.

      Lisa has served on the Board of Directors of Hasbro, Inc. since July 2010 where she is the Chair of the Compensation Committee and serves on the Nominating, Governance and Social Responsibility Committee. She has also served on the Board of Directors of MoneyLion since 2021 and is the Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Lisa serves on one private company Board, Jones Road, a cosmetics company founded by Bobbi Brown and is on the Board of The Bail Project, a national nonprofit organization that pays bail for people in need, reuniting families and restoring the presumption of innocence.

      A graduate of the State University of New York Binghamton, Lisa holds a law degree from Rutgers Law School.

        Frank Gibeau serves as a member of Hasbro’s Board of Directors. Mr. Gibeau is the President of Zynga, a wholly-owned label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. He joined Zynga as CEO in March 2016 and is a mobile, PC, and console gaming industry expert with 30+ years of experience in interactive entertainment. As Zynga’s CEO, Mr. Gibeau led the company’s turnaround and transition to rapid growth. Zynga’s market cap increased significantly during his tenure as CEO, in large part due to optimizing live services and fortifying the company’s portfolio of wildly popular franchises. Mr. Gibeau’s groundbreaking series of studio acquisitions, along with innovation and success across Zynga’s games portfolio, positioned Zynga among the fastest-growing public gaming companies in the world. In May 2022, he led Zynga through its pivotal combination with Take-Two.

        Mr. Gibeau spent more than two decades at Electronic Arts where he held several influential business and product leadership roles. Most recently, he served as the Executive Vice President of EA Mobile, where he led strategy, product development, and publishing for the company’s fast-growing mobile games business. Before that, Mr. Gibeau acted as EA’s Executive Vice President and General Manager of The Americas, where he was directly responsible for a publishing operation that accounted for more than $1.5 billion of EA’s annual revenue.

        Mr. Gibeau served as the Chairman of the Corporate Advisory Board for the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and is currently a member of YETI’s Boards of Directors.

        Liz has extensive experience launching industry-defining and subscription-based technology, and champions creating delightful customer solutions. Prior to joining Amazon, Liz served as Chief Operating Officer at Discord Inc., where she played a critical role in the growth of the company. Before Discord, she was Corporate Vice President for Gaming Experiences & Platforms at Microsoft where she ran engineering and product for Xbox’s consoles, accessories, and Xbox Game Pass, Xbox’s flagship monthly games service with over 25M subscribers. She has also held executive roles at Meta where she led global sales and marketing for Oculus as well as at Dropcam, Plantronics, and Jawbone.

        Liz holds a B.S.E. in Civil Engineering and Operations Research from Princeton University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She lives in the Seattle, WA area with her family and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Hasbro, Inc., and LegalZoom.com, Inc.

        Laurel J. Richie served as President of the Women’s National Basketball Association LLC (“WNBA”) from May 2011 to November 2015. Prior to her appointment in 2011 to the WNBA, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of Girl Scouts of the United States of America from 2008 to 2011.

        From 1984 to 2008, she held various positions at Ogilvy & Mather, including Senior Partner and Executive Group Director and founding member of the agency’s Diversity Advisory Board.

        Ms. Richie was named one of the 25 Most Influential Women in Business by The Network Journal, awarded Ebony magazine’s Outstanding Women in Marketing and Communications Award, and named to Ebony’s Power 100 List. She has also been recognized by Black Enterprise magazine as one of the Most Influential African Americans in Sports and by Savoy magazine as one of the Most Influential Black Corporate Directors.

        Ms. Richie joined the Hasbro Board of Directors in 2020 and serves on the Compensation Committee and the Nominating, Governance and Social Responsibility Committee. She is a director of Synchrony Financial, Bright Horizons and SeatGeek, a leadership consultant to Fortune 500 c-suite executives through the ExCo, and a former trustee of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame and Dartmouth College.

        Richard S. Stoddart is Chair of Hasbro’s Board of Directors. Mr. Stoddart previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of InnerWorkings, Inc., the largest global marketing execution company, serving in that role from 2018 until 2020 when Innerworkings, Inc. was acquired. During his time at Innerworkings, he was widely recognized for his strategic and commercial leadership of the company, investor and analyst communications, and financial stewardship as well as his expertise in all facets of marketing execution and marketing supply chain management.

        Mr. Stoddart was the Chief Executive Officer/Global President of Leo Burnett Worldwide, one of the world’s largest advertising agencies, from February 2016 to 2018, where he was recognized for his leadership in the development and integration of shopper, digital, social and mobile capabilities as part of a company’s overall marketing and brand strategy. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Leo Burnett North America from 2013 to 2016 and the President of Leo Burnett North America from 2005 to 2013.

          Mary Beth West retired as Senior Vice President, Chief Growth Officer of The Hershey Company, a global confectionery manufacturer and marketer in 2020. She currently serves as a senior advisor to McKinsey & Co. West has been recognized by Brand Innovators as one of the “Top 100” women in Brand Marketing and was awarded a Working Mother of the Year award from She Runs It. For the past several years, Black Enterprise magazine has named her as one of 100 Most Powerful People in Corporate America.

          In her most recent role as SVP, Chief Growth Officer of The Hershey Company, West drove the transformation of the company’s portfolio, brands and culture. West oversaw the company’s growth strategy, innovation, research and development, and M&A ultimately extending the portfolio beyond chocolate to become a snacking powerhouse. West brings over 30 years of general management and consumer and retail marketing experience with expertise in brand management, integrated marketing communications, innovation, M&A and consumer insights and strategy.

          Prior to joining Hershey, West served as Executive Vice President, Chief Customer and Marketing Officer at JCPenney, where she had served on the Board of Directors for nearly a decade. Previously, West held the top marketing role within Mondelez International, Inc, where she served as Chief Category and Marketing Officer. She worked in numerous leadership positions at General Foods and Kraft most notable as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Kraft Foods. Her inspirational leadership style and passion for consumers, innovation and creativity has unlocked growth on countless brands.

          West joined the Hasbro Board of Directors in 2016 and is the Chair of the Nominating, Governance and Social Responsibility Committee and serves on the Finance Committee. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Albertsons and Lowe’s.

          She received a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Nazareth College of Rochester and a Master of Business Administration in marketing from Columbia University.

          West is currently Chairman of the Board of The Wallace Foundation. She also serves on the board of Trustees for the Gladney Center for Adoption and Lancaster Country Day School. She has been recognized for her achievements by Crain’s Chicago Business, Forbes, Girls Inc., and Advertising Age. Women Inc Magazine recognized West as one of the “Most Influential Corporate Board Members”. West currently lives in Lancaster, PA with her four children.
